The 9 Square/Ring Skip game
challenges everyBODY to skip the nine clear
spaces of a thirteen course circuit
Contestants receive time faults for failing to skip,
stepping on boundaries, into course no go zones, or
outside the course.

Accrued time faults are added to a contestants elapsed
time the lowest score wins the game.

The 'Skipping Tuition And Rope Training' DVD is available
at just $49. Shows the easy way to skip, the ropes, the
freestyle moves, plus the how-to skipping of various space
circuits. Skimming® circuit layouts challenge the brain, and
co-ordination whilst having a fun time building fitness.
